2. Service Provision
Unbeatable IT Services provides digital marketing, web development, and AI automation. We make every effort to deliver results, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes as digital platforms are third-party and results may vary.
3. Payments & Fees
Unless otherwise agreed upon in a contract, payments for our services are made in advance. Ad budgets for platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads are paid directly by the client to those platforms unless explicitly managed through our account.
4. Intellectual Property
All source code, designs, and content created specifically for your project will belong to you upon final payment, unless otherwise stated. Unbeatable IT Services retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the cooperation at any time with a 30-day prior written notice. Services already rendered will be paid for in full.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Lucknow.
